11. How do I join the online program?
Simply attend our trial sessions by booking an appointment through the Contact Us page. You can also call us, WhatsApp us or email us to know about the session as per your availability and book your appointment.
12. Can I cancel or pause my plan?
Our plans are in the form of a monthly membership, which is reducing in nature month by month. We take payment for the month only. So you are free to cancel your membership from next month.
13. Will I get access to a mobile app or community group?
Yes! You’ll join a private support WhatsApp community where members share experiences, motivation, diet monitoring, follow-ups and results daily.
14. Are there any offline centres also?
The program is conducted completely in online mode. However, we arrange an offline meeting in different cities every 2 months for a family meet. The purpose of this meeting is to build trust among the members and create a friendly environment within the community.
15. Which services are included in the program?
In your monthly program, you will get 26 days of educational and follow-up Zoom sessions, 2 Coaches (1 personal, 24*7 available and 1 common coach), Nutritional support (if required- included) and a gift for 100% attendance in the online session.
16. Do I have to pay anything for Demo Sessions?
No, you do not need to pay anything for our 3 Demo sessions.
