One of the most important reasons why many people fail to lose weight is the lack of accountability. In other words, in the process you are following for weight loss, is there any responsibility—either on your part or from someone else guiding you?
Think of it this way: when a child goes to school, the teacher not only teaches lessons but also assigns tasks to be done at home, gives homework, and eventually conducts exams to check progress.
The same applies to your weight loss journey. Is someone monitoring the process you are following? Is there someone pointing out your mistakes? Is there an expert guiding you along the way?
If the answer is no, then without accountability, achieving successful weight loss becomes very difficult.
